About Us
HFY is dedicated to facilitating positive change in the lives of children, adolescents and families. We provide stable, nurturing, residential care, foster care, preventive and outpatient programs which educate, motivate and empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
The Heroes for Hope Gala is a fundraiser to benefit Hope For Youth. The 2019 Gala will celebrate our 50th Anniversary of providing services and programs to youth in the child welfare system throughout Long Island. To celebrate this monumental achievement, Hope For Youth is honoring our past and celebrating our future. We will highlight all the wonderful individuals who stood before us and helped build Hope For Youth into the prominent child welfare agency we are today. We will also honor all of our foster and adoptive parents whose strength and dedication inspires and supports the work of the agency.
Foster Care
Hope For Youth recruits, trains and supports over 40 Therapeutic Foster Families that provide critical care to youth and children through out Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island. Thousands of youth across Long Island are in need of love and care. Hope For Youth can help you be the one to make a difference in their lives!
